Please note – Rates change with the season. Tax will be added. Cancellation fee – $15. No refund of first night’s stay if you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival time. No refunds on Monthly stay deposit or rent, Weekly stay deposit, or Space deposits on holidays, special occasions or early departures. Premium rates for extra-large vehicles apply. Monthly guests pay their own electric. Showers are 50 cents for 5 minutes.
